They are not lucky because the Original Titles, Content, Interlinking, Footer Links were the major check list in this particular update.

1. Titles:
As everyone knows why title is the most important part for any website or the particular page. You will have to creative a genuine and very catchy title that can attract the Visitors. Now, while creating Titles you will have to check for stop words because most Search Engines do not consider extremely common words in order to save disk space or to speed up search results. These filtered words are known as 'Stop Words'.

2. Content:
After Title you will have to consider the most important or the backbone of your Website is CONTENT. Before you start writing please there is something called research that you have to do if you want to win the race. Fresh Content, Original Content whatever you say or think you need to do it thoroughly and make sure you that correctly. Because eventually you will rely on this for a longer run and can bring you website in top spot.

3. Inter Linking:
Now once your content compliments the other inner pages you can interlinking. You cannot give interlinking because you have keyword. That keyword should complement you the existing page as well as the other page. If your pages complements each other then you should give maximum 2-3 interlinks not more than that can cause severe damage. So please take care of your keywords and interlinking to stay on top.

4. Footer Links:
I guess we all can remove the Footer Links because Google thinks it is a Spam. Because there are many website’s who use this footer link for Link Exchange purpose which literally wrong from SEO point of view. You can get a Natural Link from the best website even though it may be time consuming but after getting hit by a Panda or Penguin update you will have to put 48hrs in a day complete the bloody task.
